How do I Book parking on ParkingDekho ?

A: You can book the parking online which is a very simple,hassle-free and quick.Just open the app,search the location where you want to go.Find the parking and nearby parking spots,then enter the no. of hours you want to park your vehicle.Complete the payment and then get the confirmation with booked ticket.

What happens when my booking is cancelled?

A: We'll make every effort to ensure that your booking is not affected by providing alternate services to help you to park your vehicle.

Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets offline?

A: ParkingDekho does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way (offline). The Bookings are absolutely at the same cost that the local businesses has priced them.

How does your entry at parking work?

A: Please arrive at the location on time and show them the QR code(Booked Ticket),you can enter the parking hassle-free.

How does your exit at parking work?

A: Please arrive at the exit location point on time and show them the QR code(Booked Ticket),you can exit the parking hassle-free.

I've lost my network connection when entering the parking. What do I do now?

A: A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket or you can take the screenshot of the booked ticket and show it when asked by the partner executive.

Why is it mandatory to provide my mobile number during booking the ticket(s)?

A: You must fill in the field "Mobile Number" when booking tickets. Your mobile number will be used to send Booking confirmation SMS.We make sure that your mobile number will not be misused.

I have not received the tickets to my email id, what do I do?

A: If you did not receive an email after your conformation of the booking, there can be two reasons: The electronic credit card or debit payment has failed. In this case the purchase is cancelled by the system. You have entered an incorrect e-mail address. The email ticket has ended up in spam folder. Please check your bank statement first to see if your account/card was charged, please contact us in order to solve this problem. If your account was not charged, then you can retry the booking. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write at support@parkingdekho.com.

Is it mandatory to show e-ticket while at entry/exit point of parking?

A: Yes. It is mandatory to show the e-ticket as it will generate the total fare as well as validate you to enter/exit to parking.

What if partner executive not able to validate my ticket?

A:If there is some problem in validating,then you can tell your mobile number and enter/exit the parking.

How do I pay for my parking through the app?

Ans: You can pay for your parking through the app by adding a credit card or a debit card to your account or through by internet banking or by upi method.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Ans: After you make a payment, you will receive a notification on the app that your payment was successful. You can also check your mybooking page in the app for confirmation.

What if my payment fails?

Ans: If your payment fails, you will receive a notification on the app and an option to try again. If the issue persists, you can contact the customer support team for assistance.

How will I be charged for parking?

Ans: You will be charged based on the hourly or daily rate for the parking spot you have selected and the duration of your parking.

Can I change or cancel my payment after I have made it?

Ans:Yes. You can cancel the booking before reaching the location but you have to cancel it 15 minutes prior to entry time so as make it hassle-free for partner/vendor.

What happens if I overstay my parking time?

Ans: If you overstay your parking time, you will be charged additional fees based on the hourly or daily rate for that parking spot.

Can I use multiple payment methods for the same parking session?

Ans: No, you can only use one payment method for each parking session.

How will I be billed for the parking I use through the app?

Ans: You will be billed through the payment method that you have added to your account and the charges will appear on your statement as “ParkingDekho App”.

How can I view my billing history?

Ans: You can view your billing history in the “MyBookings” section of the app.

Who do I contact if I have a billing dispute?

Ans: If you have a billing dispute, you can contact the customer support team for assistance.

Can I cancel booking before reaching the location?

A: Yes. You can cancel the booking before reaching the location but you have to cancel it 15 minutes prior to entry time so as make it hassle-free for partner/vendor.

How can I cancel my booking, if I need to?

A: To cancel your booking, go to MyBooking page - Select your booking to be cancelled. Click on the cancel button and your booking will be cancelled.

1) What is a cash coupon and how do I claim it?

"A) A cash coupon is slightly different from a discount coupon. Cash coupons can be used for single booking in the given time period. They are generally issued when helping the customer rebook tickets if there was an error from AbhiBus.com end in an earlier booking.

"2) Do you have any Discount Coupons that I can use?

"A) Please check the offers page for any active offers.

"3) I have a discount coupon but cannot get any discount

"A) The discount coupon that you are using might have expired or has crossed its usage limit or is not applicable for the partner you selected. Every coupon has its own set of rules and these might be changed without notice for various reasons. However you can check the offers page for any active offers.

"A)Yes,ofcourse,this app is available on both android and apple mobiles.You can use our app to pay for your parking

"6. What is the turnaround time for processing payments?

"A)The turnaround time for processing payments can vary depending on several factors such as the payment method used, the financial institution involved, and the location of the parties involved.For example, a credit card payment can take anywhere from a few seconds to several business days to process, depending on the card issuer and merchant. "8)I don't have a credit card can i still book parking at ParkingDekho?

"A)Yes.You dont necessarily need to have credit card to book parking on ParkingDekho.com.All internet enabled bank accounts can be used to book parking.Please select internet banking or upi payments to complete the transaction.

"9. Can I set up automated payments?

"A)No.Right now we don't have this facility but surely will bring it soon.

"10. Can I cancel a payment I have already made?

"A)Yes.You can cancel the payment already made by going to your mybookings page and cancel the booking atleast 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Refund will be initiated as per the bank's standard policy.
